Sayed Ali Alkamel takes hard, low-level engineering and makes it run for millions, then shows the work. Over more than five years, mostly inside regulated fintech, he worked deep in the Temenos mobile stack at BNP Paribas and ila Bank, once reverse-engineering a 128-class banking SDK to unblock an entire team. Today he leads digital application platforms at Oman Housing Bank, and still ships: Silsila AI, his own on-device chatbot, runs a model fully offline and is live on Google Play and the App Store. He is a Google Developer Expert in Flutter and Dart, founder of Flutter MENA (the largest Flutter community in the region), and has taught developers in more than 22 countries. He writes on applied AI and on-device intelligence with a senior, skeptical take, and is pursuing a Master's in IT and computer science at Ahlia University.
